探讨全胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除的手术方法及临床疗效
[摘要] 目的 分析全胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除的手术方法及临床疗效。 方法 整群收集2011年1月—2014年1月该院收治的行纵膈肿瘤切除术患者进行分组研究。 结果 观察组切口长度为(5.19±1.98)cm，出血量为(73.11±9.62)mL，胸腔引流时间为(2.39±1.12)d，术后住院时间为(9.01±2.15)d，无并发症及复发患者；对照组切口长度为(21.85±2.76)cm，出血量为(149.25±9.85)mL，胸腔引流时间为(4.31±1.58)d，术后住院时间为(13.85±2.21)d，并发症发生率为11.76%，复发率为5.88%，数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在全胸腔镜辅助下完成纵隔肿瘤切除术的有效性及安全性高。
