听觉统合训练对儿童孤独症的治疗意义探究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨听觉统合训练对治疗儿童孤独症的效果。 方法 随机选取该院2012年5月—2014年3月孤独症患儿90例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,采取不同的治疗方法,比较两组患儿的ABC量表评分和IQ年龄>4岁评分,并将两组患儿语言交流障碍改善情况进行对比。 结果 观察组患儿的ABC量表评分和IQ评分数据均有好转,其中观察组患儿治疗后的ABC量表评分和IQ评分分别为(64.37±9.25)分和(69.43±11.65)分,语言障碍、词汇量少、自言自语、缺乏主动语言、不爱讲话等语言交流障碍改善比例分别为84.44 %、86.67 %、77.78 %、80.00 、88.89 、91.11 %,各项观察指标均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。 结论 听觉统合训练可减轻患儿的孤独症状,改善语言交流障碍,促进智力发育。
