个性化护理在风湿免疫科患者护理过程中的作用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析个性化护理对风湿免疫科患者的临床影响。 方法 2014年10月—2015年6月整群选择该院风湿免疫科92例住院患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组46例患者，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者给予个性化护理；比较两组疼痛评分，焦虑及抑郁评分，护理满意度。结果 干预后，观察组疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组；观察组护理满意度达97.83%，明显高于对照组81.63%；P<0.05，差异均具有统计学意义。 结论 个性化护理对减低风湿免疫科患者疼痛程度、缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪，提高患者护理满意度均具有重要意义，值得推广。
