房角分离手术结合超声乳化对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究房角分离手术结合超声乳化对原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的治疗价值。 方法 在2014年6月—2015年11月间在该院治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障的患者中随机抽选40例(45眼)，应用房角分离手术结合超声乳化，观察患者手术前后的视力改善以及前房深度、眼压等情况，并进行对比分析。 结果 40例患者(45眼)在经手术治疗后均有所改善，其中术前视力高于0.5的共6眼(13.33%)，经过治疗后，视力高于0.5的共40眼(88.89%)，治疗后视力小于0.1的患者为0例，前后对比(χ2=13.598，P=0.000)、视力在0.1～0.2之间的患者治疗前后对比(χ2=10.817，P=0.000)、视力在0.7～0.8之间的患者治疗前后对比(χ2=19.053，P=0.000)、视力在0.9～1.0之间的患者治疗前后对比(χ2=12.476，P=0.000)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；患者的前房深度治疗前后(t=-6.187，P<0.05)、患者眼压治疗前后(t=7.542，P<0.05)，差异具有统计学意义(t=-6.187、7.542，P<0.05)。 结论 房角分离手术结合超声乳化能够有效的治疗原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障，具有降低患者眼压、提高前方深度、改善视力等优点，值得在临床广泛应用。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the value of goniosynechialysis combined with phacoemulsification in treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract. Methods 40 cases of patients (45 eyes)with primary angle-closure glaucoma combined with cataract treated in our hospital from June 1， 2014 to November 1， 2015 were randomly selected and were treated with goniosynechialysis combined with phacoemulsification， the vision improvements， anterior chamber depths and intra-ocular tensions before and after treatment were observed， compared and analyzed.
