高血压脑出血术后继发脑梗塞病因分析与预防治疗(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分析高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞的原因和预防治疗。方法 方便选取2013年10月—2014年10月该院80例高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞患者，对80例患者的临床资料展开回顾性分析。结果 该组患者死亡6例，ADL I级15例，II级25例，III级20， IV级12例，V级8例。结论 高血压出血术后继发脑梗塞是多种因素综合作用引起的，需加强预防，及早治疗，有效的预防和治疗对患者生存质量的提高有积极的作用。
