微创经皮钢板固定术治疗胫骨远端关节外骨折患者的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析胫骨远端关节外骨折患者行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗的效果。 方法 方便选取该院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的胫骨远端关节外骨折90例患者资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗所用不同方案分成两组，将行交锁髓内钉治疗38例患者设为对照组，将行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗52例患者设为观察组，对比两组临床指标、踝关节功能与并发症。 结果 观察组手术时间和骨折愈合时间均比对照组短，观察组Mazur评分均比对照组优，且总并发症率3.85%比对照组28.95%低(P<0.05)。 结论 胫骨远端关节外骨折患者行微创经皮钢板固定术治疗可缩短手术与骨折愈合时间，恢复患者踝关节功能，并减少并发症发生，可应用于临床。
