小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗方式分析与疗效初步评定(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探索分析小儿过敏性紫癜的临床治疗方式，并进行疗效初步评定。 方法 方便选择2014年1月—2015年1月期间在该院儿科进行治疗的70例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例患儿，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在此基础上采用泼尼松、氢化可的松治疗，评定两组疗效。 结果 观察组总有效率为97.1%，显著高于对照组的71.4%，观察组各症状缓解时间显著低于对照组，以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小儿过敏性紫癜在常规治疗基础上联合泼尼松、氢化可的松治疗，疗效显著，具有临床推广的应用价值。
