伊立替康联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨伊立替康联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法 整群选取2010年1月—2013年1月确诊的晚期胃癌患者106例，随机分为对照组(给予紫杉醇，卡培他滨，顺铂)和观察组(加用伊立替康)各53例，比较两组治疗效果和生存率。结果 观察组有效率为58.5%，对照组有效率为33.9%(P<0.05)；观察组患者1、1.5、2年生存率与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 伊立替康联合化疗治疗晚期胃癌疗效满意，值得应用。
