比较氟桂利嗪单用及联用血塞通治疗老年偏头痛患者的疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨氟桂利嗪联合血塞通在老年偏头疼患者中的临床疗效。 方法 随机选取2014年1月—2016年1月该院诊治的60例患者资料作为研究对象，采用随机数字方法将患者分为两组，每组30例。对照组采用氟桂利嗪治疗，试验组在对照组基础上联合血塞通治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 试验组治疗疗效率，显著高于临床治疗疗效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗前头痛程度评分、头痛发作持续时间以及头痛发作次数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；试验组治疗后头痛程度评分、头痛发作持续时间以及头痛发作次数，显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 老年偏头痛患者在氟桂利嗪基础上联合血塞通治疗效果理想，值得推广应用。
