针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床效果探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症的临床效果。方法 随机选取2012年4月—2014年5月该院门诊收治的100例失眠症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字分组法分为两组(对照组和观察组)，对照组采用单一针刺治疗，观察组采用针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗，观察两组失眠症患者的治疗总有效率。 结果 观察组失眠症患者的治疗总有效率为94.00%，明显优于对照组失眠症患者的74.00%(P<0.05)。结论 针刺结合耳穴贴压治疗失眠症具有显著的临床效果，能够有效改善患者的睡眠质量，值得在临床上推广及运用。
