激素联合环磷酰胺治疗间质性肺疾病及对患者血清白介—6水平的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨激素联合环磷酰胺治疗间质性肺疾病对患者血清白介-6水平的影响。方法 选取该院2014年3月—2015年7月间收治的120例间质性肺疾病患者随机分组，观察组60例给予激素联合环磷酰胺治疗，对照组60例单纯给予激素治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后FEV1、FVC、FVC(%)、DLCO、DLCO(%)、HRCT评分、IL-6水平。结果 两组患者治疗前FEV1、FVC、FVC(%)、DLCO、DLCO(%)、HRCT评分、IL-6水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC、FVC(%)、DLCO、DLCO(%)、HRCT评分、IL-6水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 激素联合环磷酰胺治疗间质性肺疾病效果显著，能降低患者血清白介-6水平，缓解患者临床症状。
