D2根治术式对进展期胃癌患者术后疗效及并发症的影响分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨D2根治术式对进展期胃癌患者术后疗效以及并发症的影响。方法 方便选择2012年4月—2015年4月在医院住院部治疗的60例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象，按照数字随机法将其分为对照组和观察组两组，每组30例。其中对照组患者进行常规开腹胃癌根治术治疗，观察组患者则采用腹腔镜下D2根治术治疗，比较两组患者的疗效以及并发症的发生率。结果 观察组手术一般情况均显著优于对照组；观察组患者术后并发症的总发生率为10.00%，显著低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05)。 两组患者淋巴结清扫总数、远、近切端距肿瘤距离均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 D2根治术对进展期胃癌患者的术后疗效更好，安全性好，值得推荐。
