缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年心衰效果探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 观察并探讨缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年心衰的临床疗效。方法 随机选取该医院2013年2月—2015年12月收治的81例慢性心力衰竭老年患者，根据用药方法进行分组，观察组患者采用缬沙坦与美托洛尔联合疗法，对照组按照常规内科诊疗方法进行治疗，比较2组患者临床治疗情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%，对照组治疗总有效率为85.37%，2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗老年慢性心力衰竭，临床效果显著，安全有效，值得临床推广。
