针灸配合中药治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对针灸配合中药治疗更年期抑郁症的疗效进行观察和分析。方法 运用随机抽样的方法选择2012年12月—2014年12月在该院进行治疗的更年期抑郁症患者150例，按照入院顺序随机将其分为A、B、C 3组，每组50例，A组采用针灸配合中药治疗，B组采用单纯口服中药治疗，C组采用单纯针灸治疗，评价并比较3组患者的治疗效果。结果 A组治疗总有效率为94.0%，B组为62.0%；C组为60.0%，A组明显高于B组和C组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针灸配合中药治疗应用于更年期抑郁症的临床治疗中能够弥补单纯中药治疗和单纯针灸治疗的不足，疗效显著，无不良反应，建议在临床治疗中推广应用。
