白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究分析白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的效果以及安全性。方法 所选对象均是闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者，病例诊治时间2013年1月—2015年3月，征得患者和其家属同意后，按照随机表数字法将整群选取的82例患者划分成研究组41例和对照组41例，前组患者联合应用小梁切除术、白内障摘除术治疗，后组患者联合应用白内障摘除和人工晶体植入术治疗，对两组治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 术后两组视力矫正情况比较，研究组视力≥0.1所占比重95.1%明显高于对照组，组间数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 联合应用白内障摘除术和人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障，有利于患者视力矫正，疗效显著，在临床中具有使用价值。
