有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗复杂性Pilon骨折疗效观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗复杂性Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法 整群选择2014年2月—2015年2月来该院住院部治疗复杂性Pilon骨折的患者94例，随机分成对照组和治疗组，每组47例。对照组采用切开复位内固定治疗，治疗组采用有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。 结果 治疗组治疗优良率为91.49%，明显高于对照组优良率70.21%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对复杂性Pilon骨折采用有限内固定联合支架外固定治疗，能有效的提高治疗优良率，并发症少，可推广应用。
