MiR200对肾癌细胞纤维化影响的相关性分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究MiR200对肾癌细胞纤维化的影响机制,为鉴定治疗靶标提供理论依据。方法 整群选取2013年1月—2015年1月该院收治的51例肾癌患者病例资料,于实验室,建立肾癌细胞株模型,采用癌旁正常组织作为对照,应用细胞侵袭实验和Westermblot法检测靶基因蛋白表达方法进行试验。结果 MiR-200组在SN12-PM6和786-0平均穿膜细胞的个数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MiR-200组ZEB1蛋白表达下降,而在E-cadberin蛋白表达上升,经相关系数比较,MiR-200的表达与E-cadberin成正相关(r=0.824)而ZEB1成负相关(r=-0.762)。 结论MiR-200能够调节皮脂纤维化的侵袭,降低ZEB1蛋白表达,从而E-cadberin蛋白表达上升。
