急诊绿色通道诊治急性上消化道出血的疗效观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨急诊绿色通道对于抢救急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法 整群选取2011年1月—2015年6月该院急诊科绿色通道抢救的162例急性上消化道出血患者为观察组，另外选取同期该院消化科就诊的上消化道出血患者179例为对照组，对比两组的救治效果。结果 观察组患者的止血时间(3.8±2.7)h、住院时间(9.1±4.9)d、输血量(310.0±50.0)mL，均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 急诊绿色通道能使患者在最短时间内得到最好的治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
