观察大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗急性肺损伤的临床疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究探讨大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗急性肺损伤的疗效。方法 整群选择该院2014年8月—2015年8月期间收治的82例急性肺损伤患者，将其按照治疗方法2组，对照组和观察组，均为41例，对照组患者给予气管插管接呼吸机同步间歇指令通气+呼气末正压通气治疗，观察组给予大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气治疗，对比两组患者呼吸频率、PaO2/FiO2、呼吸机支持时间等医学检测指标。 结果 观察组呼吸频率、PaO2/FiO2分别为(18.4±2.4)次/分、(82.4±3.2)mmHg，对照组分别为(10.2±2.9)次/分、(39.5±2.9)mmHg；各项医学指标改善情况均优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 给予急性肺损伤患者应用大型多功能呼吸机无创正压通气临床疗效确切，可有效避免气管插管，通气效果较好。
