急性脑卒中早期康复治疗的效果评估报道(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分析急性脑卒中早期康复治疗的效果。方法 随机平分整群选取2013年2月—2015年10月该院治疗的86例急性脑卒中为观察组和对照组，每组43例，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组以此为基础施予早期康复治疗，对比两组疗效。结果 治疗后两组患者神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力评分均改善，其中较对照组而言，观察组各指标评分改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论 应用早期康复治疗急性脑卒中，安全有效，可有效改善患者神经功能以及日常生活能力，建议临床中积极应用。
