肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 评价肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 整群选取该院住院部2010年8月—2015年6月收治肾肿瘤患者62例随机分组，对照组为开放肾部分切除术，实验组为后腹腔镜肾部分切除术。对比临床疗效差异。结果 实验组手术时间(127.1±18.3) min、热缺血时间(19.6±1.3) min、出血量(98.3±12.5) mL、住院时间(7.2±1.0) d，并发症发生率15%(3/31)，均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 后腹腔镜肾部分切除术治疗肾肿瘤的临床疗效确切，值得在临床实践中予以推广。
