早期胃癌的规范化内镜诊断及治疗(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究早期胃癌的规范化内镜诊断及相关术式治疗效果。方法 根据选用术式不同将整群该院2014年1月—2015年10月收治的66例早期GC患者分为观察组(36例)和对照组(30例)，前者行超声内镜检查及内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗，后者行常规开腹手术治疗，比较两组临床治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者平均手术时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，术后并发症发生率(5.6%)低于对照组(16.7%)，比较差异有统计学业意义(P<0.05)；与病理检查结果对照，超声内镜检查准确率为91.7%(33/36)。 结论 超声内镜检查可提高早期GC诊断正确率，行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗效果明确，推荐临床应用。
