肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折的手术方法和治疗效果(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折的手术方法和治疗效果。方法 方便选取该院2011年4月—2014年7月肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者60例，随机分为两组，每组30例，分别采取保守治疗(对照组)和手术治疗(观察组)。结果 观察组患者治疗后的优良率为83.33%，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 手术治疗肘关节恐怖三联征合并尺骨鹰嘴骨折效果显著，可提高治疗效果。
