经阴道超声检查诊断宫外孕的临床价值评估及分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 通过对该院宫外孕患者的诊断情况进行回顾性分析，探讨经阴道超声检查诊断宫外孕的效果与价值。方法方便选择该院2012年3月—2016年3月收治的确诊为宫外孕患者作为研究对象，一共有50例，对患者进行经腹部超声检查和经阴道超声检查，比较两种检查方法的检查结果和声像图的特点。结果 经阴道B超检查结果：在接受检查的50例患者中，完全符合手术病理诊断特诊患者一共有48例，误诊患者2例，误诊率为4%。经腹部超声检查结果：一共50例患者接受经腹部超声检查，完全符合手术病理特征的患者一共40例，误诊患者10例，误诊率为20%。结论 与经腹部超声检查对比，经阴道超声检查宫外孕具有更高的诊断符合率和准确率，诊断图像具有较高的分辨率，为临床诊断和治疗宫外孕提供重要的依据。
