探讨骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效与安全性(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨分析骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的临床效果及安全性。 方法 随机选取2014年11月—2015年4月来该院接受治疗的四肢骨折的患者120例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例，给予对照组骨肽注射液治疗，观察组在此基础上口服接骨七厘片治疗，比较两种治疗方法的临床效果和安全性。结果 观察组总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(75.0%)；观察组患者平均愈合时间(10.8±3.5)d明显短于对照组(13.6±4.0)d，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用骨肽注射液联合接骨七厘片治疗四肢骨折的患者，其临床效果较为满意，安全性较常规方法高，值得在临床上推广应用。
