留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的原因研究(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究分析留置胃管患者非计划拔管的原因。方法 方便选择2015年1—12月期间在该院接收诊治的80例留置胃管患者，回顾性分析临床发生非计划拔出胃管的原因。结果 留置胃管患者非计划性拔管的主要原因包括：患者不适自行拔管、患者不慎拔管、胃管自行脱出、不配合治疗而拔管、健康教育不到位。该组80例留置胃管者中，非计划性拔管的发生率为13.75%(11/80)，其中健康教育不到位的发生率最高5.0%(4/80)。 结论 临床应对留置胃管患者及家属加强健康教育，减少患者的不适感，增强家属的依从性，避免非计划性拔管的发生，保证患者置管的安全，以利于患者及早恢复健康。
