不同他汀对不稳定型心绞痛合并糖耐量异常患者的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探析不同他汀对不稳定型心绞痛合并糖耐量异常患者的影响。方法 方便选取该院2013年2月—2016年3月收治的54例不稳定型心绞痛合并糖耐量异常患者为研究对象，随机均分两组。A组患者给予阿托伐他汀，B组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀，对比两组对血糖水平的影响。结果 两组FPG、2hPG与HbA1c较治疗前均发生明显改变，优于治疗前。经12周治疗后，B组FPG、2hPG与HbA1c分别为(5.38±0.57)mmol/L、(8.30±0.42)mmol/L与(6.01±0.62)%，优于A组的(5.53±0.42)mmol/L、(8.89±0.52)mmol/L与(6.44±0.48)%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 他汀类药物会引起血糖水平升高，增加糖尿病发生的风险；瑞舒伐他汀相比于阿托伐他汀，影响更小，若患者有发生糖尿病的风险，优先考虑使用瑞舒伐他汀。
