小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床观察(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法 该次研究随机选择该院在2015年2月—2016年1月收治的100例老年原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组，实验组行小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗，对照组行左旋氨氯地平治疗，连续治疗8周，对两组患者的治疗效果对比分析。结果 实验组(84.0%)与对照组(80.0%)两组患者的总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，但实验组(44.0%)患者显效率高于对照组(24.0%)，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；另在治疗8周之后患者SBP、DBP得到明显下降，实验组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小剂量氢氯噻嗪联合左旋氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压效果显著，值得在临床中推荐与应用。
