参附注射液对急性心衰患者BNP及心功能影响的疗效研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 为有效治疗急性心衰患者，改善其心功能临床探究参附注射液的效果。方法 整群选取该院2014年6月—2015年8月期间收治的96例经诊断为急性心衰入院治疗患者，按病床单双号分为对照组48例、治疗组48例。对照组施行基础治疗，治疗组使用参附注射液。观察两组治疗前后患者心功能指标变化情况以及BNP变化。结果 对照组治疗前舒张压、收缩压、心率分别为(101.2±4.6)mmHg、(161.2±8.6)mmHg、(84.2±8.4)次/min，治疗后为(78.2±1.6)、(113.4±2.4)、(76.3±5.7)次/min；治疗组治疗前为(100.3±5.2)mmHg、(162.1±9.1)mmHg、(84.5±8.1)次/min，治疗后为(87.6±2.3)mmHg、(126.1±2.8)mmHg、(70.3±4.6)次/min；治疗前两组患者心率、血压差异无统计学意义，P>0.05，治疗后联合组较单一组患者心功能指标恢复好，P<0.05；治疗前两组患者BNP水平差异无统计学意义，P>0.05，治疗后两组患者BNP水平均有明显改善，且治疗组(314.7±53.8)pg/mL患者恢复程度优于对照组(573.6±74.8)pg/mL，P<0.05。结论 临床在治疗急性心衰患者时为提高治疗效果，有效改善患者心功能减轻患者症状，使用参附注射液，患者恢复好。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in the improvement of cardiac function for patients with acute heart failure. Methods 96 patients with acute heart failure treated from June 2014 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were divided into two groups according to the odd or even number of hospital bed， 48 cases each group. The control group adopted the basic therapy； the treatment group adopted Shenfu Injection. The cardiac function index and BNP level for two groups were observed. Results The control group before treatment， diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure and heart rate were(101.2±4.6)mmHg、(161.2±8.6)mmHg、(84.2±8.4)time/min， after treatment for (78.2±1.6)mmHg、(113.4±2.4)mmHg、(76.3±5.7)time/min； treatment group before treatment for(100.3±5.2)mmHg、(162.1±9.1)mmHg、(84.5±8.1)time/min， after treatment for (87.6±2.3)mmHg、(126.1±2.8)mmHg、(70.3±4.6)time/min； before treatment in the two groups of patients with heart rate， blood pressure difference meaningless，(P>0.05)； after treatment， the cardiac function index of treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05)； before treatment， the BNP level for two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05)； after treatment， the BNP level of treatment group (314.7±53.8)pg/mL was better than control group(573.6±74.8)pg/mL (P<0.05). Conclusion Shenfu Injection has a favorable effect in patients with acute heart failure， can greatly improve their cardiac function， relieve the symptoms and promote their fast recovery.

心力衰竭是多种原因引发的心肌功能障碍，急性心衰患者因为心肌收缩力度降低使得心脏负荷增加导致心肌排血量降低，使心肌缺血、肺循环压力升高，造成肺循环充血引发肺水肿、淤血，心源性休克等情况。此病临床多表现为呼吸困难、全身乏力、心悸、喘息不止、咳嗽等，有学者研究心肌缺血、心功能减退、急性心律失常、吸毒、酗酒、长期精神心理紧张、颅脑严重受损等均有引发疾病的可能性，若不及时治疗有致死可能性[1]。该院探究2014年6月—2015年8月期间收治的96例患者临床采用参附注射液的疗效，发现患者心功能恢复良好，现报道如下。 (肖利民 刘启飞 彭萍)
