舒血通联合氯吡格雷治疗80岁以上高龄脑梗死60例临床评价
[摘要] 目的 分析疏血通联合氯吡格雷治疗高龄脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 随机择取该院2015年1—10月收治的脑梗死患者60例，分为常规组与实验组，每组30例，比较治疗效果。结果 比较两组患者的血液流变学指标水平均差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 高龄脑梗死患者采用疏血通+氯吡格雷临床治疗更为安全有效。
