艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症疗效刍议(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究对患有难治性抑郁症病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合诊治的医学疗效。方法 整群选取该院在2015年3月—2016年3月所收治的72例难治性抑郁症患者作为该文研究对象，依照随机方式将其分为对照组与试验组，两组各为36例。对照组病患单纯应用艾司西酞普兰治疗，实验组病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合治疗。结果 实验组病患的治疗效果(77.78%)明显比对照组病患(47.22%)好，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对难治性抑郁症病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合治疗可获取较好效果，有效控制病情发展，改善病患心理情绪状态，值得在临床之上进一步的推广应用。
