脑瘫患儿实施综合性康复护理干预在提高其运动功能及生存质量中的影响(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究综合性康复护理干预对脑瘫患儿运动功能及生存质量的影响。方法 方便选取该院于2015年1—10月进行诊治的脑瘫患儿80例，随机分为两组，每组40例，观察组患儿行综合康复护理干预，对照组患儿行一般护理干预，比较两组患儿GMFM、PedsQIA.0 评分。结果 治疗后，两组患儿评分均提高，观察组患儿治疗后PedsQIA.0总分、GMFM评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合性康复护理干预可提高脑瘫患儿运动功能及生存质量，具有重要意义。
