钝针扣眼穿刺技术对内瘘血管瘤影响研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析探索钝针扣眼穿刺技术对内瘘血管瘤影响。方法 方便选取该院2013年11月—2015年11月诊治的81例维持性血液透析患者，分为锐针组和钝针组2组。锐针组采取锐针扣眼穿刺技术；钝针组采取钝针扣眼穿刺技术。比较干预结果。结果 跟锐针组75.00%比较，钝针组患者满意率95.12%更高，新发内瘘血管瘤2.44%、血栓发生率2.44%更低，穿刺平均次数(135±19)次、止血时间(7.51±2.61)min、疼痛评分(1.62±0.21)分更佳，且对已形成的内瘘动脉瘤使用锐针、钝针进行比较发现，锐针组穿刺动脉瘤越来越大，钝针穿刺动脉瘤缩小或无再增大，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 钝针穿刺可预防动脉瘤进一步增大，值得推广。
