美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪用于冠心病心力衰竭患者中的治疗效果(1)

     [摘要] 目的 分析冠心病心力衰竭患者实施美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪疗法的效果。方法 该研究100例冠心病心力衰竭患者从该院2012年6月—2015年12月方便抽选，按抽样法将其分成两组：对照组患者采取基础疗法+美托洛尔缓释片疗法，为50例；研究组患者于对照组基础上加用曲美他嗪疗法，为50例，评定疾病治疗后的效果。结果 研究组病症缓解48例，占比96.0%；对照组病症缓解40例，占比50.0%，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 临床针对冠心病心力衰竭患者实施美托洛尔缓释片联合曲美他嗪疗法作用突出，可改善患者心功能，增强疗效，值得借鉴。
