以消化道出血为首发症状的1例嗜铬细胞瘤病例报告(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨以消化道出血为首发症状的嗜铬细胞瘤诊断，以及嗜铬细胞瘤其他不典型症状。 方法 回顾性分析该院2016年4月收治的1例以消化道出血为首发症状的嗜铬细胞瘤患者临床资料。 结果 该患者为肝肾间隙嗜铬细胞瘤，有不稳定高血压表现等症状。结论 除了消化道出血，嗜铬细胞瘤还有发热、腰痛等不典型临床表现，在临床工作中需要认真鉴别与诊断，以免发生误诊，给患者带来严重后果。
