重组人促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗肿瘤相关性贫血(1)

     [摘要]目的 探析重組人促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2013年5月—2016年5月收治的88例肿瘤相关性贫血患者，随机将其分为研究组和对照组，研究组采取重组人促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗，对照组采取单用重组人促红细胞生成素治疗，比较两组有效率、治疗前后血红蛋白、红细胞水平及KPS评分。结果 研究组有效率81.82%与对照组45.45%比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05；治疗后，研究组血红蛋白升高10 g/L、红细胞升高0.5×1012 g/L、KPS评分升高10分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 重组人促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的临床效果确切，明显改善血红蛋白水平，减少输血次数，延长生存期，值得临床推广。
