MRI诊断膝关节损伤的临床价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探析MRI在诊断膝关节损伤中的临床价值。方法 整群选取该院2014年4月—2015年10月期间收治127例膝关节损伤患者，回顾性分析膝关节损伤患者的影像资料，分析MRI诊断结果。结果 该组127例患者经过MRI诊断，共有20例患者骨损伤，25例患者骨挫伤、35例患者出现半月板损伤。MRI诊断半月板损伤特异性为62.99%，准确性为92.13%，敏感性为72.44%；MRI診断韧带损伤特异性为44.88%，准确性为63.78%，敏感性为76.38%。结论 MRI诊断膝关节损伤安全有效，经济性较好，准确度较高，因此值得在临床上推广使用。
