[摘要] 异位胰腺属于先天发育畸形，临床较少见。大多数观点支持先天性胚胎发育异常导致异位胰腺的发生。胃和十二指肠是腹腔异位胰腺发生较多部位，占半数以上。常规消化道造影、内镜和CT检查具有较大诊断价值，定性诊断需术后病理确诊。大多数学者对有症状患者主张积极手术治疗，具体术式视病灶与周围脏器及组织毗邻关系而定。
