重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液与新泪然联用治疗干眼症并角膜上皮损伤疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液与新泪然联用治疗干眼症并角膜上皮损伤疗效。方法 方便选取该院2016年5—10月间收治的干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者50例。将其简单随机分为两组，25例为一组。对照组干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者单一使用新泪然治疗，观察组干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者给予rhEGF滴眼液与新泪然联用治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色评分、结膜充血症状评分以及不良反应的发生概率。 结果 观察组干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者治疗前后的泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色评分以及结膜充血症状评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且不良反应的发生概率(8.00%)低于对照组(24.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rhEGF滴眼液与新泪然联用治疗干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者的效果较为可观。

[Abstract] Objective Analysis of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rhEGF) tears eye drops and then combined with the new treatment of dry eye and corneal epithelial damage effect. Methods Convenient selection our hospital， dry eye and corneal epithelial injury in 50 patients (May 2016 to October 2016). Its simple randomized divided into two groups， 25 cases as a group. The control group of patients with dry eye and corneal epithelial damage single tear ran with the new treatment， the observation group dry eye and corneal epithelial damage in patients given eye drops and new tears ran rhEGF combination therapy. Compare the probability of tear breakup time before and after the group 2 patients， corneal fluorescein staining scores， conjunctival congestion symptom scores and adverse reactions. Results The dry eye and corneal epithelial injury patients before and after treatment of the tear film breakup time， corneal fluorescein staining score and conjunctival congestion symptom scores than the control group (P< 0.05)， and the probability of occurrence of adverse events (8.00% ) than the control group (24.00%)， (P< 0.05). Conclusion rhEGF tears eye drops and then the new combination for treatment of dry eye and corneal epithelial injury patients results more impressive.

在临床上，干眼症并角膜上皮损伤是眼科门诊中极为常见的一种眼表疾病，患者常出现眼部干燥、胀痛、痒、眼部疲劳等症状[1]。随着社会经济的发展，医疗水平也得到了提升，治疗该病的方法越来越多，目前尚未统一标准。该文2016年5—10月间对该院收治的干眼症干角膜上皮损伤患者50例采取rhEGF滴眼液与新泪然联用的方案进行治疗，效果显著，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般資料
方便选取该院收治的50例干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者，所有研究对象均有显著的眼部症状，排除妊娠期女性以及鼻泪道堵塞患者。随机分为观察组、对照组，25例为一组。观察组中，男、女性患者各占10、15例，年龄20～72岁，平均年龄(51.16±10.56)岁。对照组中，男、女性患者各占11、14例，年龄22～73岁，平均年龄(53.75±11.96)岁。经过对比两组干眼症并角膜上皮损伤患者的基线资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，可以对比。, http://www.100md.com(李密 戴追 杨文彦)
