[摘要] 目的 探析小针刀疗法结合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 随机选取该院2014年8月—2016年8月收治的60例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例，治疗组采取小针刀疗法结合推拿手法治疗，对照组单纯采取推拿手法治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组治愈10例，显效12例，有效5例，无效3例，其总有效率90.00%；对照组治愈6例，显效9例，有效8例，无效7例，其总有效率76.67%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刀疗法结合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效确切，有效率高，患者接受度好，显著优于单纯推拿手法治疗，值得临床推广。
