综上所述，在冠心病合并左心功能不全的临床治疗中，对于符合介入治療适应症的患者，应尽量优先选择介入治疗，早期行介入治疗，挽救心肌细胞、组织，提高患者的心功能，改善左心功能，提高患者的生存质量。
