    良性前列腺增生症(benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH)是一种发生在男子的前列腺异常增生性疾病，不及时治疗会导致许多严重并发症[1]。经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(Transurethral vaporization of prostate electricity cut method ，TUVP)是经尿道前列腺电切术(Transurethral resection of prostate，TURP)改良方法，是将高频电流和汽化电极相的互补优势结合实施前列腺切除的较为先进的一种手术方法[2-4]，近年来，虽然国际公认“金质标准”的地位已不复存在，但仍然是一种被泌尿外科学界推崇的前列腺切除较为先进的手术方法[5]。该院于2014年1月—2016年1月采用以TUVP为基础的改进TUVP法(Perfect Transurethral vaporization of prostate electricity cut method ......
