[摘要] 目的 探讨急性胰腺炎营养支持治疗的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2016年10月该院收治的75例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，全部患者均在一般治疗基础上行肠外营养支持治疗，疗程10 d。观察患者疗效、并發症及治疗前后体重、上臂肌围等营养指标的变化情况。 结果 75例患者均得到有效救治，无死亡病例，治疗总有效率100%，平均住院时间(7.6±1.1)d。治疗后，患者血清白蛋白(39.6±3.4)g/L，明显高于治疗前(33.4±2.9)g/L，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 急性胰腺炎早期给予患者肠外营养支持有助于改善患者机体营养状况，对加速患者康复、缩短治疗时间、降低并发症等具有积极作用，值得推广使用。
