[摘要] 目的 研究讨论核磁共振检查对诊断椎管肿瘤的临床价值的评价。方法 随机选择2014年2月—2015年12月来该院就诊的椎管肿瘤患者共50例，并且回顾性的研究分析患者的核磁共振检查结果。 结果 在选择的50例患有椎管瘤患者中，有转移瘤、星形细胞瘤、脊膜瘤和神经鞘瘤各8例，神经纤维瘤和脂肪瘤分别为5例、5例，室管膜瘤有6例，血管母细胞肿瘤为2例。 结论 核磁共振属于无创检查，在软组织对比度以及空间分辨力方面具有其优越性，在诊断椎管肿瘤方面能够准确定位肿瘤位置、性质，并以此诊断肿瘤的类别，在当今医疗中，核磁共振检查已成为诊断椎管肿瘤最常用、最佳的检查方法。
