[摘要] 目的 探讨超声造影在胃癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 将自2015年10月—2016年8月间在该院进行治疗的35例疑视胃癌患者为研究对象，对35例患者采用超声造影进行胃检查，并对检查结果进行统计分析。结果 35例患者经过检查有20例诊断为胃癌(胃底门贲癌1例，胃体癌13例，胃窦癌6例，其中属于早期胃癌的有4例，中期有16例；病理检查后有20例胃癌患者得到确诊，其中属于早期的有3例，中期17例。诊断结果与病理检查结果完全一致，有效率达100%；诊断中的准确率达90%。结论 对胃癌患者采用超声造影诊断方法诊断效果显著，准确率较高，可以作为胃癌检查的一种重要手段，值得在临床推广应用。
