小剂量地塞米松联合甘露醇治疗口腔颌面部损伤早期肿胀的疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討和分析小剂量地塞米松联合甘露醇治疗口腔颌面部损伤早期肿胀的疗效。方法 该次研究方便选取该院在2012年8月—2016年8月期间收治的120例口腔颌面部损伤早期肿胀作为研究主体，按照患者入院顺序分为甲组和乙组，其中甲组患者为69例，乙组患者为51例。甲乙两组患者都通过小剂量的地塞米松进行治疗，而甲组患者加用甘露醇进行治疗，对比甲乙两组患者肿胀程度和治疗效果。结果 治疗前，甲乙两组患者的水平方向距离[(148.67±4.23)、(147.65±4.18)mm]、垂直方向距离[(89.51±2.74)、(89.48±2.69)mm]，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后甲乙两组患者的水平方向距离[(132.16±3.24)、(140.26±3.21)mm]、垂直方向距离[(73.26±2.57)、(82.61±2.52)mm]均优于治疗前甲乙两组水平方向距离[(148.67±4.23)、(147.65±4.18)mm]、垂直方向距离[(89.51±2.74)、(89.48±2.69)mm]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后甲组患者的水平方向距离(132.16±3.24)mm、垂直方向距离(73.26±2.57)mm均优于乙组[(140.26±3.21)、(82.61±2.52)mm]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患者早期肿胀的治疗有效率(97.10%)优于乙组患者(86.27%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 通过小剂量地塞米松与甘露醇联合治疗口腔颌面部损伤早期肿胀的疗效明显，患者肿胀程度改善很明显，并且治疗有效率很高，值得推广。
