人性化护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术的应用(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨人性化护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术的应用效果。方法 该研究方便选取2015年1—12月在福州市第二医院收治的80例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者全部采取手术治疗并按照数字表法随机分为对照组和研究组，每组40例，其中对照组给予常规手术护理，而研究组则在常规手术护理基础上实施个性化护理措施，比较焦虑和抑郁评分、术后下床活动时间、住院时间及满意率。结果 研究组患者的SAS(39.10±4.86)分及SDS(38.32±3.10)分，均明显低于对照组(t=5.88、4.36，P<0.05)。研究组患者术后下床活动时间[(2.18±0.62)d]、住院时间均[(12.23±2.79)d]较对照组明显缩短(t=5.67、3.88，P<0.05)。另外，研究组患的满意率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(85.00%)(χ2=3.91，P<0.05)。 结论 对老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者实施人性化护理，可以有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁心理，有效缩短下床活动时间和住院时间、提高患者满意度，促进患者康复。

Application of Humanistic Nursing in the Aged Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture Operation

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the application effect of humanistic nursing in the aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture operation. Methods Convenient selection 80 cases of aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and treated with operation and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine operation nursing， while the research group adopted the humanistic nursing measures on the basis of the control group， and the anxiety and depression scores， time to get out of bed after operation， length of stay and satisfactory rate of the two groups were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score in the research group were respectively(39.10±4.86)points and (38.32±3.10)points， which were obviously lower than those in the control group(t=5.88、4.36，P<0.05)， and the time to get out of bed after operation and length of stay in the research group after operation were obviously shortened compared with those in the control group[(2.18±0.62)d， (12.23±2.79)d](t=5.67，3.88，P<0.05)， besides， the satisfactory rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(97.50% vs 85.00%)(χ2=3.91，P<0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing in the aged patients with intertrochanteric fracture operation can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of patients， effectively shorten the time to get out of bed and length of stay， improve the satisfactory degree of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
