外踝骨折采取腓骨钩钢板进行外科干预的效果评价(1)

[摘要] 目的 评价外踝骨折采取腓骨钩钢板治疗效果。方法 整群选取该院2013年7月—2015年10月确诊并收治的144例外踝骨折患者依照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组72例。研究组采用切开复位腓骨钩钢板内固定术，对照组实施解剖钢板内固定术。对比两组手术及恢复情况，术后并发症及疗效。结果 研究组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.56%，显著低于对照组的20.83%(P<0.05)。研究组疗效优良率93.06%，显著好于对照组77.78%(P<0.05)。结论 外踝骨折采取腓骨钩钢板内固定术疗效确切，创伤小，并发症少，促进骨折恢复。

Evaluation on Effect of Fibula Hook Plate for Surgical Intervention in Treatment of Fracture of External Malleolus

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of Fibula hook plate for surgical intervention in treatment of fracture of external malleolus. Methods Group selection 144 cases of patients with fracture of external malleolus admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to October 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 72 cases in each， the research group adopted the open reduction Fibula hook plate internal fixation， the control group adopted the anatomical steel plate internal fixation， and the operation and recovery condition， postoperative complication and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time， intraoperative bleeding amount and fracture healing time in the research group were obviously better than those in the control group(P<0.05)， and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group(5.56% vs 20.83%) (P<0.05)， and the excellent and good rate in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(93.06% vs 77.78%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Fibula hook plate internal fixation in treatment of fracture of external malleolus is definite with small trauma and few complications， which can promote the recovery of fractures.
