[摘要] 目的 探讨健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌的临床表现及早期诊治。方法 回顾分析2014年12月—2015年12月该院收治的2例健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌病的病例报告，并复习相关国内外文献。结果 2例健康宿主患者早期均以发热、咳嗽、贫血为临床表现，影像学检查均提示累及肺部。2例患者最终因培养出马尔尼菲青霉菌确诊，抗真菌治疗后好转。结论 健康宿主感染马尔尼菲青霉菌早期临床表现无特异性，注重患者临床标本真菌培养有利于马尔尼菲青霉菌病早期诊断及治疗。
