左乙拉西坦治疗部分性癫痫发作的临床疗效及对脑电图的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨左乙拉西坦添加治疗部分性癫痫发作的临床疗效，以及对患者脑电图的影响。方法 随机选取2013年8月—2016年5月该院收治的成人部分性癫痫发作患者80例作为观察对象。采用随机数表法将其分为观察组与对照组，对照组40例患者采用苯巴比妥联合卡马西平的常规癫痫药物治疗方案，观察组则在对照组治疗方案基础上联合应用左乙拉西坦治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后脑电图变化情况。结果 观察组患者16周治疗期 内周发作频率与基线期相比减少明显优于对照组(60.00% VS 45.00%，P<0.05)，并且观察组MoCA评分、SF-36评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗后观察组患者脑电图IEA与基线期相比明显优于对照组(75.00% VS 57.50%，P<0.05)，但两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(10.00% VS 12.50%，P>0.05)。 结论 采用基础治疗方案联合左乙拉西坦治疗成人部分性癫痫发作具有更为良好的临床疗效，并对改善患者生活质量、认知功能具有重要作用。

Clinical Curative Effect of Levetiracetam in Treatment of Partial Seizures and Effect on Electroencephalogram

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical curative effect of levetiracetam in treatment of partial seizures and effect on electroencephalogram and effect on electroencephalogram of patients. Methods Random selection 80 cases of adult patients with partial seizures admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to May 2016 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each， the control group adopted the routine epilepsy drug treatment plan of phenobarbitone and carbamazepine， the observation group adopted the levetiracetam on the basis of the control group， and the treatment effect and changes of electroencephalogram before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The decrease from seizure frequency in 16w treatment period to that in baseline phase in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group(60.00% VS 45.00%)，(P<0.05)， and the MoCA score and SF-36 score in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， (P<0.05， and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(10.00% VS 12.50%)，(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of basic treatment plan combined with levetiracetam in treatment of partial seizures and effect on electroencephalogram is better， which is of important significance to the improvement of quality of life and cognitive function of patients.
